To be eligible for Grand Prize you have to be registered for this challenge and have sent and/or received a Deal on buyboxclub.io
Deal has to be closed with proof of assignment fee to wholesaler on HUD and proof of ownership from the buyer, where both wholesaler and buyer used buyboxclub.io to get the deal under contract and close on it.
Any parties that win will be featured on a podcast episode talking about their deal experience on Buy Box Club.
If no one is able to get a deal under contract by 1/15, then the prizes will be distributed based upon the top 3 deals as determined by Match Scores against Buy Boxes and handed out only to the individual who submitted the deal.
